As an accredited coach, I am supporting seasoned executives in a range of industries, including banking, luxury, retail, professional services and construction works. Passionate about deep transformational professional development, I primarily use strength-based coaching approaches, to help executives create and sustain change in their behaviors and professional identity, towards their next career steps.

My major assets as a coach are my corporate background in highly complex and competitive environments, my sharp reading of personality and an acute ability for deep listening, my strong focus on change as well as my expertise in organizational coaching and adult learning principles.

In Asia since 2010, I have worked in both Europe and Asia-Pacific roles and am now based in Hong Kong. I can coach in either English or French.
